BRIDGE NIL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance
By using Bridge NIL you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility
Athletes must be enrolled college students with a valid .edu email. Businesses must be legitimate local businesses.

3. NIL Deals
Bridge NIL facilitates connections between athletes and businesses. We are not responsible for the content created or the outcome of any deal.

4. Payments
Businesses pay deal fees through the app. Bridge NIL takes a 10% platform fee. Athletes receive 90% of each deal. Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

5. Bridge NIL Guarantee
If content is not delivered within 14 days of payment, contact support@bridgenil.com for resolution.

6. Content
Users are responsible for all content they post. No illegal, offensive, or misleading content is permitted.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Bridge NIL is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.
